Asus ROG X299 Rampage VI Apex - FS_FAN header - to control, or not to control?

Hey there guys

Just connected my new Asus ROG X299 Rampage VI Apex yesterday. And she has some nice count of FS_FAN headers. Any clue whether these "full speed fan headers" are stuck at full speed, as their name state [common sense], or by any chance are they controllable by the Ai Suite and/or UEFi/BiOS?
