ASUS STRIX B250-H USB Issues

GreenCard79
Level 7
Hi folks!

I'm new to this and hardly the most motherboard-savvy, so apologies in advance if I'm asking a silly question.

I recently bought a custom PC with the above board and seem to be having a few problems using a couple of USB audio devices. I have spent most of this week reading up on these problems on various tech sites and forums, and it seems the most common solution to the problems I'm having is to enable xHCI/disable EHCI hand-off in the BIOS, but my BIOS (now updated to the latest version for my board) doesn't give me the option to disable this. Is there another way to go about doing this? I'm using Windows 10, in case that's relevant.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, unless of course I'm looking in the wrong place (Advanced\USB Configuration). The only options I'm able to change are Legacy USB Support, USB Keyboard and Mouse Simulation and USB Single Port Control. Above these options the USB controllers and devices are listed, but there are no other options there that I'm able to change.
