Motherboard header case fans

Hi I have just finish build a new PC, the motherboard is a Maximus IX extreme and I have a problem. The fans that are connected to the two motherboard header won't fire up without a push, I have two fan on each connecter all fans are Thermaltake 120mm (power 2.4watt, max current 0.2amp and 12volt) can I adjust any setting in the bios to make them work when the PC fires UP? What's my other option to make them work?

Hi isnt there a fan expert on ASUS suite ? if yes !
Run the optimisation option. See if they kick in then.

They should turn on when the PC powers up. Look inside the BIOS and check the settings on the populated headers.
