Just sent out my laptop for RMA for a dead keyboard. Bought it in Sept. 2017 and keyboard went out last week. Decided to chronicle this experience. I already did the email run around just to get a shipping label. As of 24Oct17, FedEx says it was delivered and just waiting on ASUS to show that they have it on the status site. RMA was sent to the Grapevine,TX center.

As of 28Oct17, got an update that my laptop is in final testing. Now just waiting for shipping and hoping for no shipping damage. Will update once received.

Well now I'm confused. Repair status says shipped as of 28October but tracking number only says label created and nothing else. I am suppose to receive my laptop by tomorrow but there is shipping info that shows its out from the center.
