I have corsair vengeance RGB CMR32GX4M4C3000C15 memory and the best speed I can get with bios 9920 is 2800 if I try any other bios it will only boot at 2133. has anyone got this ram to 3000?
amd ryzen 9 3950x

timings are 16,17,17,17,38 dram v is 1.3700 memory frq is 2800 every thing else is defalt cpu not overclocked

Command rate, SOC voltage, VTTDDR and DRAM boot voltage?

I can't get my brothers ryzen b350 board to boot at anything more than 2666MHz.

GSkill FlareX DDR4 is the best memory to use with this mobo. Several others have had massive problems including Corsair.

I am using the FlareX 3200c14, and have my 1700 oc'd to 4028mhz, and the DDR4 oc'd to 3482mhz. I'm pounding out 1760's all day long on Cinebench.

I looked on Newegg for Gskill FlareX but could not find it I don't know if any other site has them in the USA

I too can vouch for Flare X. I OCed mine to 3200 the day I got it, and 3466 1 month later. I have been running 3466 CL14, 1T for a couple of months with no issues at all.

Not sure where to get it in the US, (I live on the other side of the world) but I generally hear mixed things about newegg. Although a quick google search found this:

damn they are overpriced now, glad I grab 2 set of 16GB when they were 170 per set.
unfortunately one of the set is casuing the instability and crash or could make easy 50 bux 😄
