BIOS Freeze & Lag

I reported a issue on the B250F originally, with two of these boards having these issues to Asus, they have a support ticket on this...

https://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?96985-ALERT-Asus-B250F-Has-Bad-BIOS!

My HERO came with 3101, since it is listed as Beta I flashed back to 2202.

When the flash was complete the first thing I clicked in the BIOS, and it locked up.

2202 is dated at 09/2016, and over a year later with the B250F this problem still persists, which leads me to think that I'm going to experience this also in newer Hero BIOS.

Asus the UI in these boards is not stable... 😞

Hey probably obvious suggestion, but have you tried to clear cmos. I had similar issue on my b250f board. Would get random bios freezes when in the options. Updating bios version didn't fix it, but I believe a cmos reset did. I just did the screwdriver method.
