G701VIK Speaker problem, It is "sizzling" at high volume! Can anyone help?

Hello,

I am G701VIK user. The speakers are very poor at this laptop and my right speaker is always sizzling (I hope it is the correct word) at high volume level. Shall I send it to the service, would it be ok if they replace it? Or do you suggest any fix that I can apply?
