About to switch motherboards.. i've been on the hunt for brackets that support dual header connections and are rated at 3.1 gen1 etc.. i'm only seeing a handful on amazon and they usually only have one single port..
Is a 3.0 bracket sufficient with 4 ports, or does it downgrade the speed from the rated max 10 gb/s? (i realize not alot of devices support this yet, but still trying to set it and forget it for now)..
Edit: really cant seem to find any 3.0 usb back panel 4 port plates either, plenty of 2.0's though
Same question on the front usb type C.. one spec seemed to indicated that the single type c motherboard (different header than usb 3.1) would expand to 4 ports on the front somehow, not seeing front 3.5 or 5.25" bays that have this type of cable either, i dont think.
Any thoughts?
Thanks in advance
