Do you have XMP enabled on the RAM, or have any other form of overclocking enabled?

Asssuming you're installing Windows 10 - have you disabled the BIOS-CSM stuff, and tried to install via UEFI only?

Tried resetting all CMOS settings, either in the BIOS or via the jumpers on the board?

Are you running the latest BIOS version from the ASUS download page? If not, have you tried putting it on a USB stick and updating the BIOS?

Edit: Have you tried downloading the latest Windows ISO (Fall creators update) by using Microsoft's download tool?

Yes XMP enable, no overclocing.
BIOS-CSM disabled and yes installed via uefi only.
In the BIOS, resetted all CMOS settings.
With usb stick, i updated latest BIOS which 0802.
Yes i downloaded latest Windows ISO with Microsoft's download tool and i have original Wındows 10 Pro 64 bit serial number.

After all this settings my pc freezed again.
What is the ideal sata mod for NWME M2 SSD? AHCI or İntel Rapid Storage Technology.
What is the ideal BIOS settings for NWME M2 SSD?

Disable XMP, set to AHCI. Only have the EVO connected, no other drives.

A few things:

1) Check the EVO drive is running the latest firmware.

2) Make sure the CPU cooler is working correctly.

3) Try with fewer memory modules (just to rule out some weird instability).

There is empty pin on 24 pin motherboard cable. Is there normal?

Yes. Check cooler and drive firmware as suggested above
