Can you tell me more about the LED effect that you have on the graphics card.
1. Does the color of the LED change following the effects you are applying?
2. From the picture it seems you are having problem with the ROG eye mainly. Can you confirm and give additional details.

Rog eye logo is different, republic of gamers the writing gives different light.
they are not switching in the same color

Could you take a screenshot of your AURA for graphics card software? I am trying to replicate the problem, but so far the VGA LEDs are in sync.

The guy above seems to be using Aura AND the striped version that comes with the GPU.
Better not to mix them imho. So turn it off in the striped version and control the lightning only with Aura and see if it works.

Can you try in Static mode.
-> Red color in Static mode
-> Green color in Static mode
-> Blue color in Static mode

Then take a picture of your graphics card when applying each of those settings.
