Good afternoon guys*

I am in desperate need of Advice, I assembled my build which was Ryzen 1600 masterlite 240 cooler b350 f board 16 go ddr4 3200 ram Radeon 7950 graphics card Phanteks p400s case etc.
All booted up windows installed all good then when updated bios problems seemed to arise I.e not booting up at all fans still spinning even after shut down and before start up on psu switched on.

Now I’ve have another problem after taken everything off to try board without case upon disconnecting usb3 plug the connector from motherboard come off and also snapped a pin, now I’m worried I won’t be able to return my board.

Please find attached a few videos off trying boot up *

Well after a email to you guys and the retail. I’m extremely disappointed at what has been said and the lack of support in this matter.
I did not expect this at all.

The response on email was talk to retailer even though I’ve explained I already have and sent proof.

I am now out of pocket, no computer for my sons gsce’s And having to spend my day trying get answers *

Well absolutely no help from Asus on live chat or email.
Extremely disappointed in what has happened. My motherboard is now no good and I am 100 uk pounds out off pocket due to there being no real help in resolving my situation at all*

Hello Marco.da.man
Have you RMAed your product?
I'm sorry but I can not track your progress in any way since you didn't provide any information.
Thank you

Asus have refused to help in any way and retailer won’t take back due to pins getting damaged on board *upon removal to try resolve

did you fixed it ? sounds like a faulty cpu orram to me, try bios reset by taking out the bat for a few minutes, disconnectin the power and monitor as well.
