Booted up this evening and the lights behind the keyboard and the underneath fan lights are all out.. the 4 lights above the mouse pad are lit...

Anyone have suggestions before I RMA ?... I have the 1080 North American version... besides this , CPU temps being high and random boots that lead to black screens.. the laptop has been good lol..

Hi covahmos,

Is it safe to say you have the Zephyrus? And your concern is the backlights? Do they ever come on?
