G701VI Display only 60hz refresh rate instead of 120hz?

Hello. I buy Asus rog G701VI nvida geforce 1080 annd 64gb ram. On display setting i can put only 60Hz and i tray on monitor settings put on 120hz but it cant. I also tray make costum map with 120hz and screen get black. In game its also going on 60hz. Can somebody help me. Maybe i need new drivers(on monitor update drive its writing 'you alredy update new driver'). Maybe i dont put good drivers on nvida card...so if somebody can help...thanks p.s:i am not good expert with comp

Its look like noobady dont know. I can create costum map but than screen dont accept. It is black 20sec and then are again on 60hz. Maybe driver's?

Even Nvidia shows that it doesn't support 120hz.. I think .. if I'm not mistaken.. that the 4k version of this laptop doesn't support 120hz, is there any other version that has 1080p but 120hz?74388

I would suggest you all PM cl-albert he works for Asus and will work with you all to sort this out.

I have the same problem here, been contacting Asus support since ages, but support ignored me and it looks like they don't know anything about the issue.
