USB Devices Randomly Disconnect?

Hey Guys,
I can't pinpoint this problem, and this happened with an MSI board on Ryzen 1800+ , and now, I'm experiencing the exact same issue on this board. Mostly, devices such as USB headphone and USB card readers are randomly disconnecting and reconnecting on any port.

I've tried to disable power saving for the various USB devices/ports and also reinstalled Windows from scratch and the issue is persistent. I hope someone can offer a permanent solution. Thanks!

It seems others have this issue as well. I'm going to try some of the suggestions here but if anyone has a solution, please share.

I get that problem quite often with some external drives that I use, and I find that after using the drives that the ports can act weird with my other devices for a while as well. The problem was due to the cords that I use with the drives failing and then the ports would almost second guess themselves with other hardware. This was with Win 7 Pro, so it might not be the same as yours.

Gonna share this thread from TomsHardware with you just in case it helps at all since they have it marked as solved http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-3225904/usb-ports-disconnecting-windows.html

I don't believe it's the cable as it's happening with various cell phones as well, using various USB C cables that came with the phones. They would be connected for 5 minutes then disconnect & reconnect. I believe it's a Windows 10 issue.

Devices like smartphones may have their own USB settings and effectively un-enumerate themselves or engage power-saving modes after a (5 minute) period of "inactivity". And their OS/GUI may not always offer user settings to control this behaviour.

You can reinstall USB drivers to repair the error:
Step1: Go to Start and type “Device Manager” in the search box to open it.
Step2: Now, elaborate “Disk Drivers” by clicking on the plus sign.
Step3: After this, right-click on the erroneous USB and select “Uninstall Drivers” option
Step4: Reboot the computer and then connect the USB drive again and the Windows system will install the driver for this USB device automatically.
Step5: Check whether the problem persisted or not.
And you can download the Bitwar on your pc, because such an issue may occur again, you can use it to back up your files on USB in advance.

Well, as I can see that your USB is disconnecting randomly and you are still unable to reconnect it so I thought to help you out.
Few days back I was also having the same issue then someone suggested me some easy ways with the help of which I was able to fix this issue.
So, you can also take help of those solutions and try to fix this issue as soon as possible. Here, I am going to mention a link below where you will get several solutions to fix USB keeps disconnecting issue:
