Many say code 55 is related rather to PCI Express initialization than to DRAM. ( maybe using m.2? )
(from what I read, elmor said the info about this code in manual is wrong)

    https://www.google.com/search?q=asus...HezbgAbMpbTIBQ

But I guess that wont help you much.

The issues with cold boot that ASUS is trying to fix is quite specific.
It doesnt mean this will solve any boot or cold boot issues.

It really only involves starting your PC from 0 power and it being unable to set RAM voltage to any other value than the default (one you set in bios settings wouldnt work at cold boot...so it will start...restart...and then boot up...if it fails training ram after that, it will reset all your BIOS settings)

But cold boot really only means completely removing the power from motherboard until all the lights stop working.
Not really "I left my pc turned off over night"...unless you also turned off the button on your power supply or you pulled the plug.

People should really start checking the definition of the cold boot bug which ASUS are trying to fix.

I don't get any cold boot issues when the memory is at 2100.
