    I know someone who called asus germany by phone. They said in the next 2 weeks will a update arrive.

    The only thing on that page that I could find was a detection tool to see if you are vulerable. No MEI software at all and a statment about updating firmware.

    "Intel highly recommends checking with your system OEM for updated firmware."

    You’ll see the link to Intel ME 11.11.50.1422 *on those page. Download it then manual update via
    Intel Firmware Update Tool under Command Promt with Administrator. it is solution

    I have this security issue with my Rampage Apex ,as well.I also hope Asus will get on the ball with a firmware update ASAP.
