Yes, just the single test. Correct. All cores may not be engaged during Cinebench.

SL sent me the CPU with recommendations for 1.225V Vcore and I'm using Adaptive V. Also, -3 AVX offset with -5 AVX512 offset.

I call BS on the AIO unless the radiator is submerged in LN2. 80C max after an hour of prime 95 at 1.320 volts? He must have had one of the magic pixie dust samples from Intel. I have what I consider a very good chip and full load, delidded, at 1.285V and 5GHz Im almost hitting the thermal limits topping out at over 95C on a custom loop. I wouldn't attempt 1.320V without something like phase change or a chiller. I ran 1.30 once and it did hit thermal limit and locked slam up.

How did you manage to get cores cooler than ambient?

Yes I would say those temps are fine for 24x7

Mine are a little higher at 1.225 and 4.8Ghz with an ambient of 26C and rad fans at 15% and D5 pumps at 70% (quiet)
Cache at 3.2GHz with uncore voltage at 1.116

It was like 10 runs, I can't reproduce it anymore as the ambient temperatures has increased about 15'C here.

Thanks for the screenie, i have no idea how cores are cooler than ambient lol, those temps i normally get when i 1st turn it on or when its come out of standby, looking at your temps you have 20c gap on load on some cores that seems like a lot? makes me think you mite have a small dry patch on your die? nice chip you have there all i can say lest mine isn't a lemon its seems better than some others i've seen.

Those higher temps will flatten right out if I drop the clock and volatge back on the uncore. When you see this it also shows which are the sweet cores encoded into the chip by intel. Every chip is different.

You dont have a lemon for a chip, Lemons wont pass 4.5GHz you can see that on Silicon Lotterys page. The fact that he has 4.5GHz Delidded GPUs up for sale tells you that those chips didnt cut the mustard for even the 4.6GHz let alone anything higher. Yes I cheated and paid the premium for a binned chip. When your talking $1000 a pop I didn't want to spend the time and effort on CPU lottery tickets. Sometimes you get lucky, sometimes you pay extra for a guaranteed winner.

I got mine sitting at 1.22v with .03 on adaptive voltage offset, AVX 3/5, running at 4.8. My temps are around 23-26c at idle and can do just about any test on it and it won't breach 90C on any core.

I haven't been able to get it fully stable on 4.9 tho across all benchmarks. I have been able to do some benchmarks even at 5.1 but things like Real Bench or Cinebench dies quickly. At 4.9 I can get everything but the last test of Real Bench done at 1.275 with top core hitting 95C. I have pushed it to 1.32v and still can't finish that last benchmark so I think i hit my limit. It isn't a heat issue. I have tried a multitudes of tweaks with LL, manual settings and a dozen other tips I have seen der8auer and others use, but just can't get that last test done. Honestly I could probably run most of my programs on 4.9 with 1.26-1.27v, I even rendered a 2 hour video with no issues, but I don't want to make that my 24/7 if it doesn't pass everything.
