Upgrading G20CB GPU to NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Founders Edition?

Hello there, i'm quite new to upgrading and such, and i've been simply wondering if my ASUS rog G20CB will handle a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Founders Edition GPU on Standard power source ( That's both 180w and 230W I'm led to believe). Can anyone confirm that it'll work ?

Edit : I've forgot to mention current specs :
GPU : GeForce GTX 970
CPU : Intel Corce i7-6700 @3.4 GHz
RAM 16 GB.

It will work with the both power supply. I have never tried with only one if this is what you want to do.
I don't think it will work for the simple reason that GPU TDP is 180W and that CPU TDP 65W. Then, you'll need at least 245W to run the PC.
