How do i add a forum signature

Replace step 3 with Edit Signature

Replace step 4 with signature implementation.

I figured this out, my account is somehow stuck on "NEW ROGER" rank and because of that the "edit Signature" option is not in place, i send PM to one of admins to fix it.
