Is there any way to wake on lan from shutdown state on STRIX Z270G GAMING ?

In BIOS I have Enable Power On by PCIE enabled

It's working when I send the magic packet and PC is in sleep mode but not when it's shutdown. I am using Windows 10.

What am I missing ? This worked on my previous motherboard, I thought it would work on this one 😞

Edit : found it ! I had to turn off fast startup in Windows 10 ! Working now 🙂
