Thanks. I found BCLK Spread Spectrum in BIOS and disabled it. I also found VRM Spread Spectrum and disabled that. Are there any other Spread Spread Spectrum fields such as CPU Spread Spectrum? If so, where in the BIOS do I find them? I've been looking and can't find any more. There is talk on the Rampage/Strix X99 forum about a CPU Spread Spectrum field. But I can't find it. The BCLK is still not stable. It's better than it was but it still fluctuates between 49.6 and 50.0 Speeds are 4960.01 to 5000.01

This all happened after I installed a new BIOS back in February.

    Thanks

5.0GHz at 1.30v is great and your temps are really good too.

Alot of times freezing is ram related and I see your ram is running at 2300MHz when it's rated at 2400MHz. Set the AI Overclock tuner to XMP and try your game, if it still freezes then we'll adjust some voltages.

The image editing score is high, to get it lower you'll need a little more cpu core/cache voltage, the image editing time should be 20 - 25 seconds seconds.

    Ram speed looks good.

    Hi, Nate.
Followed a bit this guide that you made for Anon. Can you please check if there any space for improvement here? Sorry for bothering you, but i followed der8 Tutorial but i got WHEA_ BSOD's on 4.7ghz and going from 1.250 till 1.260v.On 1.260v BSOD, last one before 1.260v it was 1month ago, but i got new one after 3days (from the day i set it up to 1.260v) ..I get it, probably voltage needs to be raised up more but i want to check with you in first place.Second i dont want to go over 4.7ghz coz mainly im using PC for Freelancing(work) (10tabs most) and gaming. And saw that in games 4.7ghz vs 5.0ghz doesnt come with much improvement in general, so i dont want to force CPU without any need.

    Spec :

    CPU : Intel i5-8600k
MB : ROG STRIX Z370-F GAMING
    RAM : Corsair VENGEANCE LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3000MHz ( CMK16GX42m2B3000C15 )
    GPU : MSI 1060 Gaming X 6gb
    PSU : CM - 850v
Cooling : CM Nepton 140 XL (in process moving to Noctua NH-D15 in few days)
    Bios : 0616

What i have follow : Your post "starting point : Voltage and Temp's

" AI Overclock Tuner - Manual
Sync all cores and set the CPU Core Ratio to 45 (mine is set 47)
    CPU Core/Cache voltage - 1.30v

In DiGi+ set LLC to level 5"

Oh yes, i have prower plan in Win10 on balanced just not to force 4.7ghz 24/7 without any need.

    Here are results :
