    any news on how to update the ME for this model?

    Well, it's clear that Asus don't care about anything other than actually sell their stuff.
    If you have a problem they just might show you the middle finger and tell you to RMA your hardware, no matter if you have to wait a couple of months (why the hell should you need your hardware so much that you cannot leave it to Asus for at least 2 months?).

    You guys sell broken stuff. An issue like the one that motivated my post should have been taken care of ASAP without the need of final users like me making posts asking for help.

    Not only this post have got zero responses, but no visible effort to address this and other issues is noticeable in the product support page:

    The last bios listed there for this model is version 300 (2017/09/11) and no ME firmware update is available. By the way this is bull**** since I have got this bios version flashed on 2017/05/05 and who knows when was it released.
