Updated from 1701 to 1801.

When "Advanced" => "Onboard Devices Configuration" => RGB LED option "In sleep, hibernate and soft off states" is set to "Off" system does not start. Screen is black, QCode stucks at "bF" and after a while PC turns down itself. Only BIOS reset helps to bring it back to life.

Is it a single memory kit?

It is four sticks of the same model each one in individual package, not a 4 in 1.

Combining memory kits and modules is always a bad idea. Try removing your memory modules except for one to test.
