Strix Z370-E Setting DRAM CAS?

I have Corsair RAM that will do 3200Mhz at CAS14 (model: CMD16GX4M2B3200C14) but can't seem change the CAS setting in the BIOS to 14. The setting in the AITweaker is set to AUTO and I can't change it. Thus the RAM is currently set to CAS 17 via that AUTO setting. What am I missing? Is there some place in the BIOS to unlock that AUTO setting?

Edit: Looks like I'm on BIOS 0408 so I'll need to update that I assume.

You either need to set the memory settings manually or use XMP to let that set the rated timings for you.
Be aware that the XMP profile might not work that well on these Z370 boards and you might need to lower the speed below 3200Mhz or mess with subtimings to get it to run.

Where then? I can set the speed manually but I can't find where to set XMP or where I can successfully change the AUTO setting on the CAS timing.
