The attached diagram from the user's manual for my new X399 Zenith Extreme bears no resemblance to my actual mobo.
As for connecting to the mobo, can I assume I simply connect to the 'EXT_FAN' connector ?
And equally important, where should the fan extension card be mounted?

The cables is long enough so that it can be mounted in any convenient location in the case.
