I looking buy new memory two upgrade from DDR3 2133 two DDR3 2400

Has any installed memory that run DDR3 2400 not over clocking.

Those are all very good kits of memory.

All memory that is running at 2400MHz is over-clocked. The default memory setting supported for each motherboard is stock. Everything else is over clocked.

All memory that is running at 2400MHz is over-clocked. The default memory setting supported for each motherboard is stock. Everything else is over clocked.
