ROG Z370-I Motherboard question

Hello All,

Recently a PC company built my Gaming PC but when replacing the standard radiator and case fans I found something strange.

I have a Phanteks Evolve Shift M-ITX case and using the ROG Strix Z370-i motherboard, and I found out that they plugged in the top exhaust case fan to the AIO_PUMP pin header. The radiator, radiator fans and bottom case fan are plugged in to the CPU FAN which as a 1 to 4 PWM Splitter with molex connection (For extra power).

My question is:

Is it best to plug in the radiator to the AIO_PUMP PIN and 1 of the 2 Case fans to the CHA_PIN?

The rest will stay connected to the PWM Splitter as my motherboard only has 3 pin headers.

What does the +5 Volt mean at the AIO and CHA FAN Pin header? That it only can go upto 5 volt?

The 2 case fans need 12 volt.
