ASUS Zenith Incorrect CPU Temp

Hello,

I just noticed that the information provided by the CPU temperature sensor from my motherboard are quite incorrect, unless I am missing something... this is what is being reported by hwmonitor and check the CPU temperatures; of course the CPU currently does nothing and is not overclocked apart from setting the memory speed using DOCP.

Is this the latest version of Hwmonitor?*

See what you get with CoreTemp, different app. *

Unfortunately, I cannot use other BIOSes than 701 and 902 since my memory will not boot; also the QFan problem is present in all of them -- I cannot believe how rushed this was...

I had the opposite problem with the 901 beta. My temps were too low! It seems the TCtl values were not using the 27C offset. If you search the 'problems' thread over on overclock.net someone else reported the same issue.
Not sure if fixed in 902.
Reverted to 804 but frustrated over inability to properly set manual fan settings!
