    Is your Z270-WS still supported...?

I've saved money's for a couple years now to buy your Z270-WS. But, with so many ASUS boards on the market now, does ASUS still update the Bios and give support for this workstation board....?
    Thankyou for reading.

It's not an ROG board so this forum isn't really going to be the right place but I'd look at it this way:
    https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards...Desk_Download/
It appears the last firmware updates were in March and this is a workstation board which means it favors stability over bleeding edge improvements. Based on that I'd say it's probably considered feature complete and stable. It's unlikely to get any major updates at this point unless there is a significant flaw requiring patching. A current example would be Intel's ME vulnerability. If you're concerned about the ME issue you could wait to buy until it is patched. The advisory is here:
    http://www.asus.com/News/wzeltG5CjYaIwGJ0

Beyond that is there something you think ASUS has missed? Again, being a workstation board I wouldn't expect frequent updates.

***Also note that I'm not an ASUS employee so I don't know what patches may be on the horizon. I'm speaking regarding the typical lifecycle of workstation boards.
