I'm on 1403 bios and my specs are in my profile. Good luck

With bios version 3008, do not loose even the CBS settings. If that version does not do it, there is now test version 3101.

Well I'm on 1403 no problems so far so I'll keep this bios until a stable one comes out as 1501 was unstable and caused my aio to overheat to a point where I saw smoke when my system crashed and wouldn't turn off by the button. One of my cpu aio pipes were red hot to the touch. Went back to 1403 and no problems.

I tryed that now - not the problem. Old battery came out with ok voltage.
Put a brand new in just to be sure. Did not help. Thx for the suggestion though!

a previous board had the exact same issues and the after all the trouble shooting it turned out to be the blasted battery.

Only ting can think of is try with only the boot drive and no other peripherals connected to the board and see if the issue persists.

In the ram timing section, what are your bus settings at? what helped me was setting ProcODT to 60; all CadBus settings on Auto; RTT settings at Disabled | Off | RZQ/5 in that order. Unless a fairly high cpu oc is involved, SOC should not need to be above 1.05. Have found that increasing voltage on this platform has the same effect as not enough. Finding that sweet spot is the trick.
