Bad mic-
I know the issue with the mic is a thing, what serial number of headsets are to be replaced for this to be fixed? I have a lot of friends that tell me i sound terrible.

Low sound-
I feel like the sound is not as loud as it should be for the amount of money paid, another way cheaper headsets sound and max is unbearable this one i can barely hear anything. Is this a known issue? i feel like that isn't the headset but the control box itself. I have a problem when updating the driver and i right click on playback devices, and right click Asus ROG 7.1 properties>properties it still shows the 8.12.15.485 driver even though I run the newest one.

Any help is appreciated.
