    Nvidia G-Sync?

Nvidia G-Sync Displays Feature a special chip built in the monitor that synchronises the refresh rate of the monitor with the graphics card output as a result you get a smoother gameplay without any stutter or screen tearing.

    Benefits of Nvidia Gsync:
    • Lesser Lag in Games – Improves smoothness during gameplay
    • Eliminates Screen Tearing
    • Reduces Stutter

Since the earliest days, displays have had fixed refresh rates – typically 60 times a second (Hertz). But due to the dynamic nature of PC games, GPUs render frames at varying rates. As the GPU seeks to synchronize with the display, persistent tearing occurs. Turning on V-SYNC (or Vertical-SYNC) can eliminate tearing but causes increased latency and stutter. G-SYNC eliminates this trade-off, perfectly syncing the display to the GPU, regardless of frame rate, leading to Uncompromised PC gaming experiences.

Great performance means nothing if your keyboard prevents you from playing your best. When designing the GL503 SCAR, we asked gamers what makes a great laptop keyboard and used their answers to improve the looks, feel, and usability. Immediately apparent is the desktop-like spacing around the function keys and greater isolation for the arrow keys. A new cluster of dedicated hotkeys offers quick access to volume, mute, and our ROG Gaming Center utility. Users also asked for more prominent modifier keys, so we fattened up Shift, Alt, and Ctrl along with the space bar.

The laptop features a full-size keyboard with separate numeric keys, a 0.25mm deep curved keycap with a 1.8mm key stroke with ROG's exclusive Over stroke technology.

The ROG Strix GL503 SCAR has an Anti-Ghosting Keyboard with N-Key roll over. This greatly helps the gamers while playing. As Gamers press the keyboard for very fast actions, other keyboards might miss a key press which will result in game loss. But in GL503 with the N key roll over, we can press 30 keys simultaneously and it will still register the correct key presses.

    Over Stroke Technology:

ROG-exclusive Overstroke technology applies to every key you press, ensuring perfectly-pitched maximum peak force of 62 grams-force (gf). Key presses are registered early, accurately and with extended over stroke technology – and that means faster and smoother control.
Each key has 1.8 mm of travel complemented by our Over stroke technology, which moves the actuation point closer to help you keep up with the rapid, repeated action required by fast-paced gameplay. Support for n-key rollover allows precise recognition of many simultaneous keystrokes. The keyboard also comes with a guaranteed 20 Million presses.
Aura RGB backlighting is the cherry on top, bringing customizable backlighting that lets you set different colors and effects across four distinct zones using our intuitive Aura Core software.
In the upper left corner of the keyboard is equipped with four quick function keys, the top right you can find the most important power button, the lower tooth along the touchpad, support for gesture operations and multi-touch function.

The Scissor switch Touchpad is a well sized and positioned surface made by Elan with precision drivers. It performs great with all the standard activities.
The Scissor mechanism functions like a pair of opposed stabilizers joined by a hinge. The scissor mechanism allows for a stable key with a low profile; it is the switch type used to make the buttons ultra-thin.

The switch has two plastic cross-arms, one of which pivots on the baseplate, the other pivoting on the keycap. The opposite ends of each cross-arm slide within guides. The cross-arm mechanism replaces the need for an upper shell with guide shafts for sliders, reducing both the height and weight of the button. The flat base of the keycap rests directly on the rubber dome.
