New audio device detected every 5 seconds

I hate this board with all my beeing.
After i now can run ddr4 3200Mhz on 2 16Gb sticks, for which i have to flash the bios everytime i turned down the computer and disconnect the power chord, a new failure appears......

Now the front panel detects and loses the headphone jacks every 5 seconds resulting in a popup that informs me that i connected/disconnected headphones, throwing me out of my games or even out of the text editor while i am working. This machine is totally useless with this board.
Any workaround besides just pissing on the C6H and switching to MSI?

Hey - now its the microphone jack that detects and loses a new microphone every 5 seconds.
Cant even watch a series because the audio stops for the time the detection is running.

10 5 seconds of audio from the movie i am watching
20 "BING" microphone/headphonedetected - > takes 10 seconds -> 10 seconds of silence during the detection time
30 goto 10

I had the same problem .It was the most annoying thing ever expecially when trying to watch porn.Got me in trouble with the wife a few times. I was able to fix the problem by removing all the audio drivers and downloading a generic audio driver from the realtek site. No audio UI anymore but no longer disconnects.

I hate this board too .In my 25 years of computers iv never had a worse MB .ITs a real buggy pos. I still have a major problem i cant figure out since day one which is the constant 10 second freezes like 500 times a day. Its like every other time i open something or click on something the yellow light goes solid and it locks up for 10-20 seconds . I should have just returned it and got something else but now too late i think. Im a CAD designer and can barely use solidworks .I have 16gb of ram running at 3200 Tridentz rgb which should be plenty but solidworks keeps getting low memory shutdowns
