    X399 Asus Zenith Alpha Watercooling flow headers?

    Hello,

    I see there are new headers on the Zenith Alpha for water in and water out ?

    How does it work?
    Can I connect to those 2xKoolance INS-FM14 Coolant Flow Meter on in and out from e.g Water Reservoir ? or do i need some sort of adapter e.g Koolance DCB-FM01 Flow Meter Adapter With Display or Even Flow Meter Frequency Adapter to increase the rpm ??

    Can the SEN-FM18T10 Coolant Flow Meter with Temperature Sensor be used as well ?

    they still have yet to do anything with the wb_sensor of there current board .. and the ai_suit needed to read most the sensors - has had issues *most if not all the time

    W_OUT and W_IN are temperature probe headers, 2 pin connector. So you could have a probe to tell you water temperature in/out of an item.

    W_FLOW is header for flow meter with 3 pin connector.

    WB_SENSOR is :-

    WB Sensor: One Step Further
    The waterblock sensor (WB_SENSOR) is an ROG proprietary connector that integrates two thermal sensors, a flow rate sensor, and a leakage detection sensor in to a single 9 pin header.

    ROG will open up the connector specifications for water block vendors to develop blocks similar to the one bundled with Maximus IX Extreme.
    Is implemented on board but no waterblock on market that supports features .

    header on INS-FM14, which is flow meter is two pin. I have it in hands.

    What flow meter has 3 pins ?

    All the headers stated before are also on Zenith Extreme, so not just on Alpha.

    Do not know how that would work on it, sorry.

    You'd need this to use the INS-FM14 Coolant Flow Meter with the ZE so you see flow reading in UEFI/SW monitoring.

    Hello,

    I have purchased INS-FM14 and using it with flow meter from Koolance. There are two setting there for 6 or 6/10mm tubing.

    I have tried both options. the difference is only few l. when I change from 6 to 10mm it's ether 140 l/m or 160l/m.
    I'm using 10/13 tubing in my watercooling with EK D5 pump system and Asus Zenith Extreme Alpha W_FLOW header on the motherboard.

    When i reduce to ~50 rpm on the pump the flow goes to 90l/m.

    I don't think those number are accurate ?

    I believe Motherboard has some issues there ?

    is there a way to calibrate this flow header?
