Kraken x62 won't reach max pump speed

Hi guys, I've set the CPU q-fan controller both Disabled or Manual 100% but my x62 pump won't go over 2693 rpm. How to set the BIOS for giving it the maximum power needed to reach the max speed?

Looking on NZXT website they list the pump speed as 1600 to 2800 RPM + - 300 RPM which seems to put you right in specifications
