Extend warranty but VIP CARD???

Hello there,

My question might be dumb, but I didn't find anything about it on the forum.

I can't add any warranty extension to my product because I'm asked a "Contract code from VIP Card" and "Password from VIP Card" and I don't know where to find them... I've already contacted ASUS support by phone but their answer was that I had to login on my ASUS account and that would be it. But I'm on my account... lol
Also, I've already add warranty to the laptop that you can see on the screenshot, but that was few years ago and I didn't have to use any VIP stuff to do it.

So here is a screenshot, maybe someone could help me out :

Are you within the time limit for the Warranty Extension Package offer?

Purchase Conditions:
•The ASUS Warranty Extension Package must be purchased and activated within ninety (90) days of your ASUS product purchase date.
•The ASUS product must be registered, and the ASUS Warranty Extension Package must be activated online via the ASUS Member website.
