Updated RAM QVL/Advice

Finally gonna pull the trigger and get my new build going this month. RVIE obviously.
Thinking Silicone Lotto for either a 7900 @ 4.8 or a 7920 @ 4.5, or maybe a 7940 @ 4.5.

Im stuck on RAM, since its always been a category I am horrible at. I went to check the QVL from ASUS and it hasnt been updated in months. Is there a more recent one anywhere? Im looking for either a 64 or 128 kit, i am not planning on much crazy OCing beyond what the CPU gets rated at by SL.

So are there any updated lists of approved ram kits in that area? Or recommendations from the collective experts here? 🙂 Was currently eyeing the G.SKILL TridentZ RGB Series 64GB (4 x 16GB) DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600), Model F4-3200C14Q-64GTZR

Thanks!

I'm running the 3466 version of that kit in my Apex and am quite happy with it.

Do you have a link to it by chance?

QVL lists are rarely updated
Are you purchasing, 64GB or 128GB, or 64GB with the idea of adding 64GB later?
The 8GB modules are easier on the CPU IMC and therefore more likely plug and play, if the same rules apply as they did for X99 a 8x8GB 64GB kit was preferred over 4x16GB kit, if you need 128GB there all 16GB modules
Gskill B-die kits are the most desired modules although other manufacturers use B-die also
Can't go wrong with the Gskill 3200mhz 14-14-14 kits, 8GB or 16GB kits, they just work very well and performance gains above that speed are small

Id buy one or the other, 64 and be good with that, or just go all in for a 128 kit.

for a 3200 gskill 14:
G.SKILL TridentZ RGB Series 64GB (8GBx8) 3200, F4-3200C14Q2-64GTZR
Would be a good bet?

If you want RGB I think that would be a very good bet!
