Hi tunc8686

With an average of -20c, you did a very successful delid.

Nice going, now you can try for 5.1GHz - 5.2GHz. 🙂

All you need to do is increase the voltage and the cpu core ratio and keep an eye on temps, you should be able to go up to 1.45ishv after delidding. Being yours is a six core cpu, it might run a little warmer than my 4 core delidded 7700k at 5.2GHz.

Set the AI Overclock Tuner to Manual
Sync All Cores and Set the CPU Core Ratio to 51
Set the CPU Core/Cache voltage to Manual
Enter in 1.45v in the CPU Core Voltage Override

In DiGi+
Set LLC to level 5 or 6

F10 and Enter to Save and Exit.

If you pass the test which you should, try the CPU Core Ratio at 52, post your temps and if you pass at 5.2GHz with 1.45v. Once you find your max overclock you can switch to Adaptive Mode so the cpu speed and voltage throttle at idle. If the temp goes over 90c at anytime, stop the test.

Here's Watchdogs 2 at 5.2GHz with 1.440v, with LLC to level 6 it jumps to 1.456v.
