PG279Q Burn In ?

Hey

I have a 8 month old PG279Q and started having issue few days ago

I'm having some kind of burning issue, if I leave the screen on desktop for 10m, or when browsing with chrome, it leaves some marks from icons or adress bar...

It'll fade away after ~10m but I doubt it's normal...
I'm using 50/50/50 contrast and stuff, with 165Hz and OverDrive Off
I tried without OC and with igpu and same thing happens..

Anyone has this ? Is there some kinda fix ?
Will warranty cover this thing ?

Image retention is normal for IPS. I'm not sure how normal the specific 10 min time frame you quote is for the PG279Q but it doesn't necessarily indicate a problem.
A bus station is where a bus stops. A train station is where a train stops. On my desk, I have a work station…

Never had a problem with any of the IPS monitors that I have ever had like this. I would say there is an issue.

I'm having the exact same issue. I'm wondering what you did?
