Abnormal nvme raid0 speed on zenith extreme

Hi, I just used 2x samsung 960 pro to setup raid0 on zenith extreme on the dimm.2 slot, and 1 sm961 to the m.2 socket under that board with rog logo. I set the 2 960 pro as the bootable raid0 and the speed shown by crystaldiskmark is slower than the expected speed, so is the sm961.

Before I set raid0, I was using win10 on the sm961 which performed normal speed with 3100mbs read and 1600mbs write. I am wondering whether I miss some setup in the bios to make the speed normal when I set the raid0 on that 2 960pro.

All drivers are supposed to be the newest.
1950x 3.85@1.268V
BIOS 0902
RAM 3466mhz
Battery high performance

I am also wondering whether I should install the samsung nvme driver. I tried it for twice and the system became unbootable after installation of that driver.

And What is strange is in the crystaldiskinfo no disks are found. However they can be found and benchmarked in cystaldiskmark.

Could someone who get the normal speed from nvme raid0 tell me how to fix that?
