I have a Maximus Gene VIII motherboard, can someone please specify when will a fix for the Spectre exploit will be out?

Yeah, Asus where's our Maximus VIII UEFI version 3703 at for all Maximus VIII motherboards.
Still waiting for it on my Maximus VIII Hero, too.
I'll really be glad when I upgrade to Ryzen or Ryzen 2 later this year and I'm making sure my next motherboard is from Gigabyte or MSI, not Asus or it's Asrock.
After 2 different Asus motherboards and following this forum for years, I've come to realize that Asus suck's big time on drivers, uefi,software update's and support.
