Not explained that well in the manual regarding functionality and difference of AIO_FAN however, I bet thats your problem.
    Still the same

@OP, Try just straight up disconnecting the lead from the AIO fan header. You could also connect a PWM fan to it to check that it is running the pump.
I thankfully haven't had any issues with it since the fan/AIO header issue was resolved, at least for me. There seem to still be people having those header issues though. The offset issue is another thing that really doesn't help. I have no idea what the correct temperatures are for my setup but what seems reasonable, I am fine with. I have never adjusted the offset for the temp sensor but I have played with it. I find the settings it is set at for the latest BIOS seems about right or at the very least, reading 10-20C hotter than it really is. My OC'd 1700X @ 3.8GHz topping out at 63C under full load for close to half a day seems reasonable.

I dont want to be annoying......... but I recently read about a guy who made the mistake of not removing the "protection plastic/foil from the cpu cooler before applying the cooling paste........

    1) Is the H115i new? = Did you remove all the "protection plastic" on the cooling head before applying the cooling paste?
(Or is it the kind that comes with cooling paste applyied and you need to remove the plastic before mounting the cooler)

    2) Did you apply the cooling paste correctly?

My 1700X at 4GHz, 1.42v has hit 62C max at full load from the start (custom liquid cooling,) so id say yours is reading right. The fan shutdown issue may well be caused by the AIO fan header (which I don't use.) Although im seriously considering disconnecting my pump from the MBO and running some of my radiator fans off the PSU, so even if the fans shut down, it won't overheat.
