Sorry I don't know the answer to that because I have never used mine with those parameters before.
Logically that adaptor should work because it's Active, but hard to be sure without trying. If I were in your shoes I would try it because that will give you a 120 Hz DP output, which we know the monitor supports.
This monitor supports pretty much everything with a DP input so 120 Hz, HDR at 1080p should be fine. It only gets tricky when you use HDMI.
EDIT: I have just tried it on my PC via DP, 1080p HDR @ 120 Hz. It definitely works.Last edited by briansu; 02-27-2021 at 07:31 PM.
