Can't Adjust Voltage Manually or I'll see a VBIOS failure

I have been trying to overclock by new 1950x on the Zenith Extreme and have a strange error. If I try to set the voltage manually, 1/4 startups will fail with an error 92 VGA Bios failed. If I leave it on Auto this does not happen but then I can't fine tune the Voltage at all. What's even stranger is when starting up in Ryzen Master I can see it showing my voltage is set to 1.35 when on Auto and that will work, but if I manually enter in 1.35 it will fail 1/4 boots. How can I fix this so I can adjust the voltage for better temps?

Not had an issue with manual or offset voltage. What UEFI version do you use?

I am on 0902. I have just been overclocking in the Ryzen master tool because of this. I don't get it. Anything else I change is fine but the voltage and then I get strange boot issues.

If you adjust voltage in UEFI PState section in AMD CBS does it have affect?
