Silly question: where do we get the beta bioses for our boards? They are often mentioned on here, but I haven't discovered their source as of yet.

This is the latest one; near the bottom of the page-Elmor's post: http://www.overclock.net/t/1624603/rog-crosshair-vi-overclocking-thread/32610

The other bios versions from 3008 back are on the first page of the same thread.

Thanks, I was literally about to ask the exact same question.

@SomeoneAtAsus, any chance they could be added to somewhere a little more visible.

I saw them posted somewhere and alot of discussion regarding them, but could not find them in the original posts either here or on OCN. I thought they had been taken down due to instabilities or something. I didn't occur to me they would be posted on page three million four hundred thousand nine hundred and eighty seven.

Thank ya. I updated the firmware on my Infineon TPM chip using the SuperMicro stuff, and suddenly the memory timings for 3200Mhz weren't working. Perhaps something got overwritten that shouldn't have. Anyway, the update to the latest BIOS fixed that. =^_^=

Yeah, we need a sticky in this forum for the current stable BIOS, plus all beta BIOSes in consideration (to download, plus a form to fill out if a problem arises). Just consolidate it into one thread, near the top, and keep the first post up to date.

They have sort of done that with the UEFI build update thread. Just hasn't been updated in a while.

You simply wanna put a bookmark for New posts of user "Elmor" on overclock.net and check it regularly.

I would link it, but overclock.net has been down for almost 2 days, because of an "Update"
