Are there any good dram overclocking guides/explanations for what all the timings mean/how they are related?

I have the following overclock (which I saw posted somewhere and copied exactly) before upping the voltage till it passed 5-6hrs of memtest. It has been stable for a good month or 2 now. Although when I upgraded to 3008 the same settings repeatedly failed to boot with q-code 5. I'd quite like to try tune my memory properly in general and with the 3501 beta update.

I have 2x8gb sticks of 3200MHz CL14 B-die from gskill. Its currently running at 1.42v. I might try up this though as I have active cooling on it. Whats a rough guide to the speeds ill be able to get?
