Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe JEDEC is just setting a standard at 1018MHz (there is no JEDEC standard that exceeds that frequency, commonly referred to as DDR4-2100). That screen you're looking at isn't your current frequency, but simply a little info stored in your RAM. The XMP profile on the far right is what the RAM will be set at if you use the XMP setting.
Use the memory tab to the left to see what your RAM is currently running at.
Edit: Are you referring to why it lists 1018 rather than 1066? On that I have no idea.
