Constant disconnect from internet on Intel® I211-AT, 1 x Gigabit LAN

Anybody else have this problem on Zenith Extreme, internet connection constantly disconnects every so often then reconnects. Tried updating drivers but no luck.

Using latest bios 0902.

do you have your power to high performance mode?

do you have the wifi card option "Allow this computer to turn off this device" unchecked?

Yes I have the setting to high performance but it was doing it in balanced mode as well.

My wifi is not connected. should I disable it?

Luckily I have the Areion card that works well but I would rather use the adapter in the IO panel.
