nice one thank you so much that got rid of the error on start up. only way i could get it to stop was to move the DLL in to its own file so it didnt load .

That's correct. Software updates dropped off pretty fast about two years following the R5E's release.

I installed AI Suite 3.00.59 on my x99 Rampage Extreme V and seems to work under Win 7 64-bit. I primarily use it for Fan Xpert and other functionality seems to work. So far no issues but will update the thread accordingly.

The download is for Win 10, but installed under Win 7 64-bit with no installation issues. It updated AiSuite to version 3.00.59, DIP to 2.00.23 and System Information to 2.00.04, and elected not to install EZ Update. Below is the link to the download and link where I read about this version.

If you are going to install any Asus software, be awfully careful cuz this software can really mess everything up. AI Suite 3 I would install though, because the fan control is nice.

Did anyone tested V3.00.60 on AMD x470 or similar I´ve tested earlier version than my support site for Crosshair VII shows me and works fine. Should work with this one too...

I thought about that prior to installing, but currently everything is running smoothly with 3.00.59 so will wait awhile. I tried Version 3.00.60 yesterday and got some errors (likely my mistake for upgrading directly from 3.00.59). Went back to 3.00.59 from a partition backup I made prior to this adventure. The AI Suite version I was using for the past few years was AI Suite 3 v3.00.13 before upgrading to 3.00.59.

Currently everything seems to work. I normally set OC's and voltages in the bios, but tested a few minor changes in TPU and DIGI using AI Suite with no problems. I would just suggest anyone trying should make a partition backup of their OS just in case.

Edit: The error I got when I tried to install 3.00.60 is the same as the person in the link below got, and seems a few others got the same error.
This does not happen with 3.00.59.

An update on installing the latest AI Suite on my Intel x99 Rampage Extreme V with Win7 64-bit. I was finally successful installing Version 3.00.60 after noticing the contents of two 3.00.60 zip files from different Asus download sources were not the same. The zip file from my failed 3.00.60 attempts was missing the DIP 5 installation folder and my successful 3.00.60 attempt included the DIP 5 folder as part of the zip contents.

Thanks for @Jesseinsf for providing a link to a working AI Suite 3.00.60. It's likely others having installation errors are using a corrupted/incomplete 3.00.60 zip file. I installed the new AI Suite version over the existing version, so let the AI Suite installer decide what to uninstall.

My primary usage is for Fan Xpert which is working fine. No issues on other functionality.

Edit: Working AI Suite 3.00.60 link
