ROG Armoury / Win 10 Pro x64 1709 / Crash

Hello,
I get my ROG Claymore Core past days and installed the ROG Armoury Software. But it does not start at all. Does anybody else have the same problems and what can I do? The keyboard is nothing without the Software...

Btw. The Software is running well on Windows 7 Enterprise x64 latest patch version but this not my Gaming PC...
